Shipping Policy
Event Tickets All event tickets are delivered digitally. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket details. No physical shipping is required. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive your confirmation within a few minutes.
Physical Products Orders containing physical items are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days of purchase. Shipping is available within Canada and select international destinations.
Delivery times vary by location:
- Canada: 3–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays Khamsa is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [your contact email] with your order number and a photo if applicable.
