Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

All ticket and product purchases made through Khamsa are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Event Tickets All event ticket sales are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event that an event is cancelled or rescheduled by Khamsa, ticket holders will be notified via email and offered a full refund or credit toward a future event.

Physical & Digital Products All item sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on physical or digital products unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at khamsa@taa.to with a photo of the item.
