šŸ‘‹šŸ½ Ahlan / Hello

šŸ‡±šŸ‡§ Happy Lebanese Heritage Month! November is officially recognized across Canada as a time to celebrate the heritage and contributions of Lebanese Canadians.

We’re in Remembrance Week across Canada, a time to honour the courage and service of those who have served. This year, we commemorate Wafa Dabbagh šŸ‡µšŸ‡ø (1962–2012), Palestinian Canadian decorated naval officer, whose inspiring story reminds us that heroes come from every background.

Keep an eye on @taaisfortoronto as we celebrate Wafa’s legacy and the power of diverse stories.

NEW! ✨ Khamsa Moments By Nada F

DAM on September 26 at Lee’s Palace, Toronto | Photo by Nada F

ā€œI had the pleasure of attending the DAM concert last Friday [September 26, 2025] and it was an absolutely incredible event!! The band were in top form, performed all my favourite songs (except for 2 lol), they had a fun and energetic presence on stage (although they had just arrived in Toronto 5 hours prior after an over 20-hour trip!), their only female member, Maysa Daw, was incredible to hear and very entertaining to watch, and they never stopped speaking about Palestine and the ongoing genocide, so it wasn't just a fun show but a meaningful one as well! The energy of the crowd and the support for Palestine in the room were palpable and oh so strong!! #freefreepalestine šŸ‡µšŸ‡øā€
